Ashley Collins brings her expertise and enthusiasm for real estate to Wichita, KS. After graduating cum laude from Kansas Wesleyan University with a communications degree in 2005, she spent eight years honing her leadership skills as a restaurant manager in Wichita, St. Louis, and Tulsa. Inspired by her parents and supportive patrons, Ashley pursued her real estate license in 2014.
Following a successful career with various brokerages, Ashley opened her own firm, Asher House Realty, in March 2023. Today, she leads a team of six Realtors and boasts nearly ten years of experience in the industry. In addition, she established Asher House Leasing, a property management company run alongside her husband, Cameron, in 2017.
Beyond work, Ashley is an active member of the Wichita community. She fuels her competitive spirit through weekend soccer games, enjoys movie nights and bowling outings, and cherishes travel adventures. Notably, she serves as the director liaison for the DEI committee and sits on the Board of Directors at her local real estate association.
Fueled by a genuine desire to help others, Ashley finds immense joy in guiding both clients and new realtors on their journeys. She is passionate about expanding her knowledge and continuously strives to elevate the Wichita real estate landscape.

Jennifer West, originally a Chicago native, spent her formative years basking in the sunshine of Hollywood, Florida. Her career path took a surprising turn after 30 years in the dental field. Driven by a lifelong passion for real estate, she embarked on a new adventure in the heart of Kansas.
Jennifer embraced her realtor license, transforming her dream into reality.
